My 4yr old son has recently developed itchy rash on his face ,arms and knees.I have observed that he gets rash on his face everytime we go outside and he wears his jacket and the zip touches his cheeks.(he has been wearing the same jacket every winter since last 2 yrs and this has never happened!)This rash on his face goes away after we come back home and he takes off his jacket.But the itching on his arms and knees continues.So I am not sure what is causing this rash.The rash lessens over time until we go outside again.The face rash is due to the jacket but what must be the reason for the rash on his arms and knees.Is it the cold weather or anything else.Any suggestions?Thanks.
