So I just came back from hiking and camping out in the great outdoors... The Grand Canyon to be exact.....
But I have one little problem. I feel very itchy lately. Like my back, arms, legs and side of my face. I honestly can't remember if I touched poison ivy. If I did I would have been itchy when I was camping. This started when I got back actually. I took showers and put some lotion.....
What should I do? Or what could be the reason? It is like burning itching but I am not touching it, I am fighting the itch.....
