I have a prosthetic eye. I have been told by my doctor that the friction of the glass eye on my inner lids/rims will make for some itchiness (little bumps), similar to how people who wear contacts experience. Also, when I wear eye makeup, I have noticed that it makes my rims very itchy. I have been given some drops by my eye doctor but they haven't really helped. I am wondering if there are any over the counter eye creams or eye salves that I can use to help the redness, itchiness and irritation on my rims? Thanks!
