Itchy, dry palms: what should I replace my current shower gel and/or soap with?

I currently use Original Source Shower Gourmet and Wright's coal tar soap.

I don't item get dry skin on my hands, but they've been really suffering and I'm not sure what formulae products would be best. Are Lush products hypoallergenic?
