itching palms - what does it mean?

Itching hands: Young MOOLA. Just kidding you're gonna get some money
Itching feet: Going on strange land
Itching nose: Itching for a fight, or you're getting a pimple
 
My right right palm has been itch quite some time off and on and I am right handed. Also, my left palm itch also, but not as bad as the right one. Can someone tell me what does this means.
