Itch on the left side under the ribs!?

For some time now, I've felt an itch on the left side of my ribs, you can say under the last left rib.
and it only itches when I'm lying down, never when sitting or standing.
I've done an abdominal scan 2 months ago (for other purposes), but nothing abnormal showed!

what could this be?
