Restaurants I've seen around here (New York and Philly) seem to use almost random words for names, like Cosi ("like that") or Insieme ("Together"). I've also seen names like Tre Amici ("Three friends") or Due Fratelli ("Two brothers").
You could be traditional and use something with "Caffe" or "Cucina" (kitchen). I've also seen "Frutti del Mare" (Seafood). I'm kind of guessing about the spelling of that last one, it was actually in Spanish that I saw that name, a Mexican seafood restaurant.
