i have an essay about italian neo realism and i want to get some information on how these films represented their time and how? im looking at anything from mise en scene to history in particular as i do not know much about what happened during the period of the film making and how it relates to the films.
i would like to add this isnt a quick way to write my essay i have lots of notes of my own but want some other input about how i could argue these particular films.
