Italian names that wouldn't sound too far out in the U.S.?

This is for a book, but the same basic principles apply. I'm looking for Italian girls' names that would sound not too common (Angelina, Angela, etc.) but that wouldn't sound too weird (Guiseppina, Pasqualina, etc., no offense to anyone having either name).

BQ: BTW, do you think Lucrezia/Lucretia would be too weird for a character's name? Why/why not?
