rights, if any? i filed in oct '07 and called Suzuki, explained situation, and told them to come get the bike.

they overlooked the matter until oct of '08.

if i owed rent on this bike for a year, expecting them to come get it all the while, what am i entitled to do about it?

probably nothing, i am assuming, but just in case, i thought i'd ask.
