I have been suffering for a year and a half. I started Protonix 2x a day 2 weeks ago and already I am breathing MUCH better, my cough is practically gone and the copius amounts of stringy clear mucus that just sat in my throat is gone. I have been coughing and clearing my throat for so long that I was certain I had some sort of allergy to something in my home. Unfortunately my ear and throat pain is not much different and the Protonix makes my stomach hurt a bit. Hopefully after sticking to this treatment for a few months everything else will clear up. I sure did spend a lot of money on allergy testing and treatments over the past year.
