...several times a week. Alternatives? Does getting fiber other ways, like bran cereal, and Omega 3 fish oil, and a good multi vitamin just as beneficial as eating the real thing?
 
No, there isn't an alternative. Eat your vegetables! Don't worry about the fruits, so much. If you eat a bunch of sweet fruits, telling yourself it's just as good as vegetables, you will not reap the benefits.
