Baically, every once in a while I get tiny yellow-brown spots on my fingers (inside middle and ring). I think it happens in warm weather and goes away in winters. It's not that it hurts or causes any major discomfort (although it itches sometimes and looks funny), I'm sure it's some sort of a skin disease. A few years back my local GP dismissed as "simply dry skin condition".
