Ok, so I got this phone in July 2009, and everything was perfectly fine with it up until a couple weeks ago.
So here are the problems:
1. It turns off by itself all the time. I understand this happens to many people who have this phone, and it isn't one of my main concerns
2. When I open it and press a button (for example the OK button to get to the main menu) it takes at least ten seconds to load. This is extremely annoying, as you can imagine, having to wait 10 to 20 seconds waiting for the menu to come up, which should take less than a second.
3. My music won't even open anymore. I click 'My Music' and a thing pops up and says 'Please Wait' and there is a little spinning wheel thing and after about thirty seconds to a minute it doesn't do anything it just goes back to the wallpaper. I tried syncing my phone to my laptop to see if I could access the music on my phone through my laptop (That's how I usually put music on my phone. I have that Verizon-Rhapsody software, I got it at a Verizon store) and it just ends up causing problems with the program and it won't sync.
I tried resetting it, but it didn't do anything. So...it would be an enormous deal of help if anyone could help me with any or all of these issues. Thanks in advance.
