Issues with ordering off CNN.CN

I ordered a few items for my Nokia n73 on December 24th, 2006. It's now January 3rd, 2007 and my status on the website says 'Processing' still. I realize the holidays juad a few posts on different boards on the internet that some peost passed resulting in a longer processing this time, but I mean....it's been almost 10 days now. Also, I've read on a few different boards on the internet that a lot of people are experiencing the same issue. I've emailed CNN.cn twice and haven't received a response. I am a bit worried about this. Has anyone else experienced the same issue?

I have ordered some things off there before. When I had them shipped via US Mail it took a long time to come, however the last order I placed via FedEx and it came just as promised.
 
I just went with the regular shipping option (the $5.00 flat rate one). How long should I wait until I cancel my order through my credit card company?
 
I hate UPS, the dummies have delivered my phones to the wrong address 3 times and each time I've had to call them and convinced them I'm at home and there's no package. And each time they had to go back to the wrong address and take the package back and have someone else deliver it.
 
This may sound like a stupid question but since CNN.CN is based out of China (I believe?), would they speak english if I phoned them? If I don't hear anything by Friday, I'm going to buy a phone card and call them up and see what the deal is. Has anyone ever contacted cnn.cn by phone before?
 
I didn't check the progress of my order as it went, I think I remember getting an email saying it was shipped when I used the USPS method. It did take forever and the package came from Hong Kong and I had to sign for it. It came when I was not at home and I had to go to the post office to pick it up since it was an international shipment.
 
hmmm...that doesnt surprise me in Prince William County. In Fairfax County they seem pretty reliable. I just sold my N80ie to Rapolu in NC and it's already in their hands. I shipped it yesterday using the cheapest UPS ground and it took almost 24 hours exactly to arrive. Not bad for 13 bucks - insurance. here's the comprehensive log as I love UPS and Fedexs tracking ability. If you get a package tracked w/ usps priority it's usually been delivered by the time they update the website and show the package in the system.

I dropped it off a little bit before noon on the 2nd. That's fast. I sealed the deal with Rapolu on the 1st after midnight and the phone was in hand by noon on the third. Not bad
 
I'm in Fairfax County too but we're considered South County. I think it's because my community is new. USPS is the worst at updating their website and you are right, by the time it's updated, the item is already delivered.
 
USPS is the best...why?

Because:

1) Priority Mail is always a 2-3 day thing, never did they go over their 3 day limit, always on time, always in my hands. I buy/sell phones on ebay alll the time and USPS never ever let me down

2) They charge nearly half of what UPS (the dummies) and FedEx charge, so why pay more? Compare OVERNIGHT mail between the two...USPS is 13.99...Fedex and UPS vary by the time of the day you want to ship it out..sometimes it's around 50 to a 100 bucks
