Yesterday I've pick up my baby earlier than ussualy. The kids where sleeping in a strong smelly environment. The childcare-workers where my son is daily attending, is cleaning the floor with strong/smelly disinfectant while the kids are sleeping. Their beds are only one meter away from the cleaning are. How and who to approach in order to correct this. There are kids suffering o asthma in the childcare. I've already corrected few things in there but I feel that this complaint will kind of break our relationships. I will let them know about my concern today but i would like to have a second opinion on the approach. Thank you all mom's..

If you are uneasy about the environment in which your child is in, you need to speak up! Only you will feel better if you do. If the center/ home care that your child is in is cleaning with mixed chemicals, it could pose a serious health risk to your child and others. Also could be a potential drowning in in an open bucket and left near the children. Listen to your gut instinctive. There can never be too many complaints. If it is a daycare center that is under the supervision of the local officials, maybe they should be made aware of your current and previous concerns. The child care provider shouldn't be offend by your "corrections", they should be thanking you and looking for future input. By speaking up, you're helping them run a great business, by not speaking up, they could fail and you don't want your child to be a casualty. All the best to you.
