Issue with contact on N93

hI, I'm having an issue that when users are calling and they are stored in the phonebook, the phone displays the number, instead of the name.

For example i might have the name: Joe number:12345

When Joe calls, instead of displaying Joe it display the number 12345.

Is this a bug?
 
the # will need to be on your contacts, not your sim card for the name to appear when the person called. Also make sure u dont have another contact with the same phone # in contacts, hope that helps~
 
the only thing i can really think of is the country code or the area code screwing up in contacts...did u set up the right country/city on your phone?
 
Hi, when people call the number shows up as +5999 and the number.
So if I put +5999 it shows the names now. I remember that with the N80 this wasn't necesary. Besides the my country is not in the list: Netherlands Antilles. (Netherlands is in the list though but the numbers are different)
Atleast it works now, but wondering why with the N80 it wasn't needed to add +5999 in front, but with N93 it is needed.
