isn't tropical/ colder water fish thing of past ?

well so many experts have different opinion regarding tropical fish n goldfish/koi, but the way i see it, most of them have been bred in an aquaria, ironically most of the fish tht we house in our lovely aquariums might not have any idea abt their natural habitat, All these fish have been bred in aquaria for generations.

most importantly many fish do very well in the temp range 17-29 C, can't say abt the other params... so can't we jus consider them to b an aquarium fish rather than classify them to be a tropical or sth else...
 
classyfing helps us knopw what fish goes with who. you cant put a shark with a goldfish but you can put a goldfish with other goldies.we do breed them in aqauarias but they arr all together its not 1 specie from antartic and naother from africa so we know which fish go well with each other nature dikd it like that and we will leave it like that=
