I know in the film she is American, as is Peter Pan in the disney films, but she is supposed to be British right?
Firstly, the author or Peter Pan is British
Secondly, both the films Peter Pan and Tinker Bell originate in London, in the first scene, we see the part of the flower which makes Tinker Bell traveling over London, therefore technically she is born in London.
Third, the mainland in both films is considered London too.
Lastly, there are other fairies with different accents such as irish, so how hard is it to get someone to at least do a british accent.
So why isn't she british?
