The gym i go to currently World gym is remodeling and changing their name to Shelby Athletic club.
I always think world gym as a hardcore place although its not hardcore anyone.2-3 yrs ago there used to be serious bodybuilders.Now there are only 2-3 and they talk a lot to others all the time,others just talk on cell phone all the time.
There is this one guy who comes in the gym and sit on one machine 1-2 hours and talk on the phone all the time while doing exercise and paying no attention to what he is working which makes me wonder why he even come to gym in the first place.
