When talking about their teams history and accomplishments?? There was only a small handful of teams that were even in existence since before the AFL-NFL merger right? My co-worker is a Packers fan and the Packers have been around since 1919. The NFL wasn't even the NFL yet. I'm a Cowboys fan...My team has been around since 1963.
Cowboys have more history and accomplishments than the Packers do am I right. He thinks just because they have been around for 45 more years or whatever that they automatically have more history and that isn't always true. There was a period of time where the Packers did very little and th Cowboys were lighting it up.
I don't include the pre-Super Bowl years. Super Bowls are the real deal. The Packers were in 12 something "whatchamacallits". Not Super Bowls.... Right?
