the ability to deal with real life? They like uniforms, structure and someone to tell them what to do. No uncertainty and anxiety of interpersonal skills. In the military, creativity is scorned and uniformity and conformity is highly rewarded.i
 
No, as a matter of fact military personnel turn out to be some of the most driven individuals and some of the most inovative, forward thinking and patriotic people.
they actually have an advantage
