America's mostly 16. It gets as low as 15 in some states.

They get married when they're like 14, so it makes sense. It's just a different culture. I wouldn't really say it's funny.

I think I was an adult at 13.
But then again, I was raising 6 brothers and sisters..Including my twin who acted like he was 4.
