Isn't it a form of arrogance if you judge a speech by its speaker rather than its words?

If a tattooed biker came and offered you advice but you rejected it purely for the fact that he was tattooed and a biker, wouldn't that be a form of arrogance?

Because subconciously you thought that his advice is worth nothing because he is inferior in knowledge? If he had a beard and thobe you'd be more likely to listen to him...

So isn't that a form of arrogance?
