I am a 22 year old ex-varsity college soccer player with a running addiction (I run between 3/6 miles a day). So, my training needs to be tough, or else I feel like I've wasted my time. I wanted a mind-body exercise: should I look into yoga or marital arts? I've taken beginning yoga in the past and have felt like it wasn't a very challenging work out, but maybe it gets tougher as you get more advanced. I am, however, afraid of paying for a martial arts class and feeling the same way. If anyone has any thoughts, I would really appreciate it.
