Is WMP Media Info Exporter incompatible with WMP11 and/or Vista?

I'm trying to download the WMP9 Winter Fun Pack 2003 in order to download the WMP Media Info Exporter, however evertime I try I get an error message(1303 error message). Is this because it's incompatible with WMP 11 or/and Vista? If so, is there a Media Info exporting program I can download for that? I want to take my music collection and catalogue it in Excel.
