Is wireless N The Same speed in Computers then in phones?

I have a computer that gets good internet signal. My question is... Will The Wifi be the same speed, signal, strength in Both the computer and the phone(which is also 802.11b/g/n).

The phone i'm talking about is the iphone 4g ...it has 802.11 b/g/n
