Is it fair that me, living in Nebraska, as well as many people living north of me in Minnesota, Michigan, North/South Dakota, New York, Massachusetts, Vermont, etc. basically the northern states, have to suffer through walking in temperatures below zero in order to get to our work/jobs in the early morning, getting snow, salt and road grime on our shoes, leaving and coming home in the darkness, and driving through treacherous winter conditions while people in Florida, Texas and California just enjoy temperatures in the 60-70's and sun all day? This always annoys me...and is why I am going to try to go to a university in California.
