Is what my teacher did fair? Should I complain?

Hello guys, I am in the 10th grade in the IB program, and having problems with my spanish teacher. Most of the problems, I tend to put aside, because I know that teachers come and go, and after this year I will not have to deal with them. But, when it affects my grades (which follow me throughout my high school career), I care much more.
My school has a block rotation, meaning some kids have classes before others, which means some kids take tests before others. My spanish teacher on the last test gave extra credit, and after the test was graded I realized I got a 100 percent (This was last Friday). Today, in class, she tells us that the kids who took the test on Monday (the last kids to take it) all got the extra credit correct, which leaders her to believe that the earlier classes told the kids what the question was. This obviously happens, and there is nothing teachers can do except change their tests to avoid it.
Anyhow, she decides to take the extra credit from everyones test away (even though she cannot proved anyone cheated). This changed my 100 percent to an 85. Do you guys feel this was fair? and would it be unreasonable (or do you think I would get anywhere) if I were to complain about this to my principal (or school board if it is not resolved). We do not get that many grades in this class and it changed my average from an 88 to an 81.
I had 100 percent on the test with extra credit, and an 88 average.
Then she removed the extra credit and my test grade went to an 85, and my class average was a 81.
