Is Western Civilization inherently better?

I think it is. We don't promote extremism and I think that an individualistic society gives everyone room to breathe much more than a collective one. Of course, I am personally biased toward my own mindset, so what do yall think?
Could you please provide an example of an East-Eastern society that promotes openmindedness more than western countries?

Also, This really doesn't have anything to do with blacks and whites in the usa
