Old people and unfit people usually walk to exercise, but do young and fit people burn calories by walking as well or is it too "easy"? I'm 17 and I try to run almost everyday and I do a lot of other stuff as well, but sometimes when I get home from school I feel like walking for like an hour and then later in the evening go running. Does I win anything by walking or is it just a waste of time?
