I just don't believe walking for that small amount could really be that beneficial to one's health.
I could see if one did it everyday but to only do it maybe three or four times a week i don't believe.
I just think people need more exercise to maintain their health throughout their lives.
I told my friend that's not enough to be truly healthy and I think she got mad at me.
I just want her to be healthy. :/
I totally understand that if you begin walking it'll be an improvement like any other physical activity.
But I just don't think it's enough.
