Is Viera Cast available on my Panasonic TC-L32x2 LCD TV?

If it is, how do I get to it? And how can I watch Netflix Instantly. I have a "Viera Tools" button and a "Viera Link" button on my remote, but I can't figure out how to get to Viera Cast.
