So I had Alltel before it was even Verizon.
I didn't have a smartphone until recently. As soon as I got my smartphone, everything on my bill, as expected, got more expensive. With the $30 smartphone plan (basically web) my bill, including one other person, (who doesn't even have a smartphone!) is $150! (compared to $110 with no smartphones -before I got mine- on our plan whatsoever).
Now, my boyfriend has Sprint and said that for all THREE of his family members, that ALL have smartphones, only pay $130. They are also adding one more to their line, and since they are "loyal customers" they are getting the 4th line for free??
I am wondering if anyone is a customer of Sprint and is really happy, and gets similar discounts, or have heard similar things from Sprint... The only thing that really keeps me with Verizon is their "coverage" and customer service. It's just soooo expensive!!
