i was had sex with my girlfriend while using a condom and pulled out before i even came. is she safe from being pregnant. we used a condom start to finish and it didn't break and we also used water based lube

so you had the condom on the whole time and you didnt ejaculate inside of her? then you are 98% safe. cuz thats what condoms do!

You're *probably* safe, but no method of birth control is 100%, and withdrawal is substantially less effective than most methods.

For that reason, I recommend you use both a condom and another form of birth control, increasing the chances that you will be protected from an unwanted pregnancy by one or the other.

That said, I have a daughter proving that even two is no guarantee. I was on the pill and my husband used condoms every time.

Nothing is 100% except not having sex at all but it's VERY VERY VERY unlikely she would end up pregnant with that method of birth control.

Yes you are very very safe. If you really did use a condom, then chances of getting pregnant are almost none, as long as it did not break.

Keep up with using protection, especially if you are young :)

Most likely you're safe. Just want to let you know... for future knowledge: Just because you pull out before you climax doesn't mean you're safe. Condoms make you safe, or at least a LOT safer. Men sometimes expel a small amount of semen long before climax and they don't even feel it. This semen is just as sperm filled as the rest... and it only takes one swimmer. Also, you may want to talk to your girlfriend about her "monthly cycle". It's a weird conversation to start, I know, but women that keep track of their period can then also know when their least likely... and MOST likely to get pregnant. If she, or you, or both of you know she's ovulating, then you can take that extra precaution and avoid sex all together for a few days. Good for you in being responsible and keep it safe!
