My brother and me both have laptops with Windows 7 Home Premium built in. But my dad has Windows Vista Home Basic on his PC, and wants to upgrade to Windows 7 Home Premium without getting a new PC, but wonders if its a hassle and if he will lose ANYTHING. (In a Data context) If anyone has the answer, your contributions will be greatly appreciated.
