My little miniature pinscher is starting to slow down and the winters are cold here and he's never really coped well with the cold.
He loves to come everywhere with me and I sometimes have him in a carrier but I've recently started putting a blanket in a regular backpack and carrying him in there. It's great because he loves it, it keeps him warm in the winter and I'm able to ride my bike with him.
What I want to know though, is it okay for him physically to sit wrapped up in one position while traveling? He can only really move his head. I know he loves it but I'm worried it could be bad for his joints or something.
any thoughts?
haha.. yeah it's open for sure.. it has clips to keep the zipper from opening all the way and him falling out but if he really wanted to squirm out he could .. i think he just has more sense then that
