for the past 3 days i've been eating 1 to 2 cans of tuna fish a day wether it is just plain outta the can wit a lil mayo or in salad. i was fine all day today and then once i had 2 cans of it in some salad i got a really bad migrane and i felt slightly nausous. your opinion is apreciated. thanks

hmm, fish is really good for you, but eating too much of anything isn't healthy. If you feel the need to eat this much tuna every day, try eating it fresh, as there is more salt in tinned foods as it is usually soaked in brine (salt water)

Good Luck :) x

It's recommended that you limit your "big fish" eating to twice a week to limit the mercury you ingest from "big fish". Tuna, swordfish, etc. have high levels of mercury (because they eat other fish who eat other fish who eat sea plants that contain mercury). I'm not sure what the symptoms are from having too much mercury from eating tuna. Definitely limit it to 2 days a week, to get the omega-3 benefit but not the bad effects of mercury. Smaller fish have lesser concentration of mercury, fyi.
