Ok so Ive been on a cruise since last Saturday and I got back yesterday at 8 am. Everytime I get back from a vacation I get all sad. I brang a friend and it was REALLY FUN!! And now that it's over I'm sad. Is that normal??

This also happens every other time I come back from vacation, but I'm even more sad because it was royal carribean liberty of the seas and I love that cruise.

And I get even more sad when I wake up because I expect to be in my cabin but I'm in my room. :(

It's the same thing with me. I love being on vacation! Coming back makes me sad. But the worst part is like you said when you wake up and expect to be in your cabin, but you're in your room.

sweetie, that is totally normal, and as you know, it will go away.
Compare it to a hangover. you are having a ton of fun, and then bam! gone! it is only natural to be a bit sad.
I guess just look forward tot he next vacation, and try to live life a day at a time, and try to get enjoyment out of the home, it may help you.

blessings,
Maria

That happens to me all the time! It isn't weird at all. My suggestion would be to get out and do some things, like go to the mall with a bunch of friends.

No, it's not weird. I feel the same way all the time, and I'm sure other people do too. I often wish I was home but when I get there I'm not happy. There's nothing wrong with you or anything.

Seriously, I would study what delusional means and train your brain to not go in that direction. understanding what it is helps early on. You are not alone, many people are deluded.

when i come back from a long holiday i get sad, i think its like..you miss the surroundings of where you were, and the people, food and just general stuff were you went, also coming back to england is enough to make any1 sad

That's perfectly normal. You were just having such a good time you didn't want it to end, so when it did end you were disappointed and sad. Everybody feels that way.
