My husband recently received a child abuse assessment in the mail saying that his ex's boyfriend abused his children (it was founded and placed on the Child Abuse Registry). There is now a no contact order between her boyfriend and the children. However, I was over at their house the other day, and the mom had my step-daughter on the phone talking to her boyfriend. Is this a violation of his no contact order? I know it will be hard to prove, the only witnesses are myself and my friend who was there with me.
