Is this Urinary Tract Infection?!?!? Please help I'm kinda scared.?

So I'm thirteen and I am peeing blood. I am kinda scared because I'm not on my period!! It just started today. Every time I pee its bloody! WHAT DO I DO?!?! Is IT Urinary Tract Infection!?!??!?
