Is this upper abdominal pain in my head?

is this upper abdominal pain in my head? I have all the symtoms of gallbladder problems, with all negative tests. I'm at the end of my rope. 6 months of vomiting and pain is all I can take at this point.
 
Please let us know what they find out. I have been having right sided abdominal pain for about 6 months as well. Supposedly mine is not gallbladder-related. I do not have any vomiting either. You should have your doctors check out your liver.
