You are a tmobile customer right? If you are login to my tmobile.com and make sure your phone is coming up on the "select your phone screen"
 
I'm getting the same response. Fisrt I went to bbupgrade... when it asked for my mobile number a screen popped up that said, "Sorry , this number sucks!" Okay, maybe not quoted verbatum. It said the number was invalid. Then I tried logging into My Tombile (figured they changed how to get the upgrade) and then tried the upgrade again. Still asked for my number, still told me my number sucked.
 
is anyone having issues with this upgrade....

ever since i did this.... when I type... the cursor moves really fast and I end up typing like "bb" instead of "n"

anyone know how to fix this?

I think tmo sends the message out in waves to a certain number of people as they do not want to overload there download server. Before I switched to my curve, I received that text on my pearl about 3 weeks ago.
 
Yeah, just did the update. I don't like the menu. Is there anyway I can change it back to the regular menu, not all of the icons showing instead?
 
Under your screen and keyboard options there is an option for key rate. Change it from normal to fast. This should allow you to type faster. ~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
