Is this true about the bible(old testament laws vs. new testament laws)?

ALL of the law is fulfilled through Christ. None of the law is destroyed.
Christians are not under ANY law. A Christian has by faith been made new. We have not literally been made new. The fact is the law is no longer over your head but written in your heart.

Mat.5:17 ¶ Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

Gal. 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

Jere.31: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the Lord, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Heb.8:10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:

When you accept the atonement..you are by faith dead with Christ and raised with him...no longer under the law having been made new.
This we have by faith and will literally be made new at the resurrection of the dead.

i heard a bishop say that there are 3 types of laws in the bible.
1.sacrifical laws
2.laws for the israelites of that time
3.moral laws(still applyable for us)

the sacrifical laws(where you kill somebody if they do a certain thing) are out of date and don't apply for today.
laws for isrealites of that time are such as the ones like don't eat clawfish, and dont apply to us today.
and only the moral laws(like no homosexuality, adultery, ect.) are the only ones that still apply for us.

is this true?
