How old are you? That's what will affect my answer.
If you're like 15 or something, I'd say it looks kinda slutty and cuts awfully close to your chest, so with a bit too much dancing/jumping someone could likely end up seeing up your shirt.
It's cute though, if you just wear a tank top underneath, then you're good to go.

EDIT: 14!?!?!?!??!?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME, DON'T WEAR THAT SLUTTY TOP. It's fine with a tank top, but come ON what has happened to kids these days? It doesn't matter that you're "pretty skinny," it matters that you will look like a total WHORE. OMG wow.
