Breakfast:rye bread(70cal) with tomato, 200cal almond and spelt museli with 0% milk, 5 strawberries
45min Zumba dvd
and then im going to have
Lunch: 2 spinach pancakes (80cal), 2 egg whites
Snack:mandarin
Dinner:: chicken and salad
30min walk/jog
is this okay for trying to lose weight
