I've been working out a lot lately.
Yesterday I did four hours in the gym (16 miles split between the treadmill and bike).
I usually go four or five days a week for about an hour or two.
I don't eat very much, I usually keep track of my food intake & it ends up under 1,000 calories. Some days it's only like 500. But I'm not very hungry.
The scale says I'm not really losing, but I look thinner and leaner.
I've heard all about starvation mode, but do you think I will go into that? I feel fine and look fine.
Oh, and I mostly do walking/jogging on the treadmill and sometimes I run a little, the elliptical, and the bike (avg. 11mph). I do a very small amount of weights (just pecs, triceps, a little biceps).
Yes, I sweat a lot. My heart rate stays between 102 - 150 I think. And I'm 18 years old.
