Is this too much exercise?

I love the tae bo workouts and bought a 45 minute video to start a routine of exercising once in the morning and then again at night. Is that too much? And how much weight could I lose in a month? I am currently 240lbs.
 
I've been trying to lose weight too so good luck! I think you should try to lose no more than 5-10 pounds a month. That's healthy and you lower your chances of gaining it back.
