Is this too much exercise?

I'm trying to lose 10 pounds by June 5th. I've been doing this routine for about a week and a half now. I've already lost 1 pound. I've been eating healthy which isn't a problem. My exercise routine is going up and down my stairs a total of 10 times, doing lunges in my backyard 2 times (it's a pretty big back yard), running back and forth between my yard a total of 10 times, and then walking with my mom around the neighborhood about a mile and a quarter. I'm 14 and most of my exercises I am trying to do are to get my leg muscles tightened because I have some, but very little, cellulite that I want to get rid of. Any other suggestions please tell!
