I did 45 minutes of Cycling Class,
1 hour of Water Aerobics
30 minutes of Cross Country on the Eliptical
35 minutes of Hill Climb on the Eliptical
35 minutes Jogging on the Treadmill
45 minute DVD of Tae Bo (Cardio & Abs)
Am I going to be okay? I want to maintain a strenuous 4 hours (or more) workout schedule daily, with Tuesdays being my one day off for rest. Is this too much? Some days the schedule will be a little different, as I sometimes do Zumba classes or Pump It Up/Hi-Lo Aerobics classes at the YMCA. As for my stats I am 5'2" and weigh 121 pounds. I need to TONE up and lose about 5 or 7 pounds.
What do you guys think? And by the way, not into weightlifting very much, my arms and legs are already tone and I am mainly focused on lots of cardio to shed weight. Thanks for any input!
Shelby, the goal is to cut down after a month because hopefully this much workout in one month will result in the results I am seeking and then I can workout a reasonable 1 hour daily!
